Geovada - The Three Components

Geovada's 39,672 acres of land and geothermal rights are allocated into three components:

1 - ValPark

Most of GEOVADA’s development activity will be concentrated at ValPark. Here traditional industrial and commercial development will be blended with state of the art renewable energy utilization and sustainable development practices.

ValPark’s 20,000 acres are accessed via a nearby freeway exit and will be dual served by the main UP/BNSF rail line.

Renewable electricity will be produced from solar and geothermal resources and direct use geothermal heat applications will provide heating and cooling for buildings as well as for agri and aquaculture and growing algae for the production of biofuels.

2 - ResComm

Five thousand acres with immediate freeway access have been set aside for GEOVADA,s residential and light commercial community. Cluster development of buildings and infrastructure will achieve the goal of affordable living, allow for efficient provision of geothermal heating and preserve the natural beauty of the surrounding area by maximizing open space.

3 - Plateau

Plateau’s 16,000 acres will remain predominately as open space.

Extensive exploration of the area will be conducted to determine the nature and extent of underlying geothermal resources which will be utilized primarily for the production of electricity.
