While much of GEOVADA’s 40,000 acres will remain as open space, a wide variety of interrelated development activities will take place throughout the project. Throughout design, planning, construction and operations, every effort will be made to adhere to the highest industry standards in terms of environmental protection, renewable energy use and conservation and sustainable development practices within the established guidelines of organizations such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and Low Impact Development (LID). The three major categories of development at GEOVADA are land, energy and technology.

GEOVADA’s lands are well suited for development featuring level terrain with freeway, rail and grid transmission access. Industrial development at ValPark will offer a wide variety of sites for expanding and relocating businesses seeking a strategically located marketing and distribution hub in the center of the Western U.S.. Residential development in ResComm will ensure ValPark employers with a variety of choices in terms of affordable housing for all levels of employees. Commercial development at both ValPark and ResComm will support GEOVADA residential and industrial components.
